We would like to clarify that product prices on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

ORDERS

Sarah’s Bag works with DHL to deliver our products all around the world. You can now shop our site and see your complete order total, including shipping costs, when you check out. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the volumetric weight of the items purchased and the destination of the package.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure.

SHIPPING TIME

We offer two options for your orders: in-stock and pre-order items, each with its respective shipping timeline.

In-Stock Items: For items currently in stock, our delivery timeline begins upon order receipt. This process is a 24-hour period for processing and dispatch at our warehouse. Please note that during non-working days, it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. In case there is a delay of more than 24 hours in preparing your product for shipping, you will receive an email notification. Once the bag has been dispatched, it typically requires 4 to 5 working days for shipping. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of customs delays on our international customers.

Pre-Order Items: If your order is for a pre-ordered item, please note that pre ordered items may take 10 working days or more, depending on the item, to be completed before they are shipped.
