It is printed with the delicate pattern found on the cover of ‘Damascus Paper’ packs, the almost 100-year-old tobacco paper that’s still a local favourite in the Middle East. Intricately hand beaded in tiny glimmering bronze tone glass beads at the center of the bag is an old Arabic expression meaning the soft spot in my heart.
